Dear Family & Friends, Hello! Please allow me to share something with you that is very dear to my heart. With youth and leaders from First Baptist Church of Temple Terrace, I am going on my very first mission trip outside of the United States. We are going to Curitiba, Brazil to minister in the local schools through our testimony, and through drama and music. We will also be working in local orphanages and much much more! I feel God has called me to step up to the plate and actually get out there and do something, not just wait for others to do it. I know this will be a life changing experience and it will mean a lot to me to have you as part of my team. Through bible study and prayer, I am well equipped to handle the road ahead of me. I will be a part of changing the lives of the Brazilian people spiritually by teaching them the love and grace of Christ. In order do do this this trip, there are a few things that I am asking of you: the most important, of course, is prayer. Please pray for the people of Brazil that their hearts and minds are open to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Please pray also for our safety as I will be traveling with 60 high school students and chaperones. Second, since it is my responsibility to pay for the mission trip, I am asking, if you feel Lord leading you, to make a donation. Your financial support will be funding an awesome opportunity for me to make a difference in the world, and specifically, with the youth of Curitiba, Brazil. The total cost of my trip is $2,000, and this includes air and ground transportation, lodging, meals, insurance, and departure taxes.
